Offered in 3 different densities: White: Firm (For muscular builds, massaging out tight areas, or for heavier individuals), Blue: Medium (For advanced core stabilization or medium amount of massage pressure), Grey: Soft (For sensitive back, or for those weighing under 140 Lbs).
