The single disc hand buoys are commercial quality buoys the same as used in clubs, spas and pools countrywide. They are sold in pairs. They are considered medium resistance. The white foam discs are sealed through a special process that keeps them clean. It also reduces water absorption which allows full resistance even after classes all day long.
