Our Deluxe Balance Board can be adjusted for 2 levels of difficulty: 15 degrees with the blue adpater cone attached and 10 degrees with it off. This allows you to progress through physical therapy or balance exercise programs. The blue base cone adapter fits over the existing center cone, raising the surface and providing a greater degree of instability for a more challenging workout. The base is nicely rounded for a smooth, even experience. Balance boards are used for proprioceptive and rehabilitation exercise to improve balance and coordination.
