Its frictionless, motorized magnetic brake system ensures an extensive range of resistance to yield challenging workouts and outstanding performance. Adjustable resistance ranging from 1 to 15 provides exceptionally smooth performance that pushes beginners as well as world class athletes. The 3 color, back-lit LCD computer displays work out data including Speed, RPM, Distance, Time, Energy Consumption, Pulse Rate and Brake Level, while changing color to indicate if workout is reaching desired heart rate. Use telemetric hand grips, the optional infrared earlobe clip sensor, or the optional wireless heart rate chest trap transmitter to obtain a heart rate reading. Computer console tilts to eliminate glare as well as for better viewing angles for users of different heights. Rotating handlebars and saddle also adjust to fit almost any rider. Weighted foot pedals stay upright to more easily mount your foot and include foot straps. The Golf P Eco never disturbs others - the Poly "V" drive belt in the drive system eliminates chain noise, providing ultra-quiet operation with no required lubrication. Built-in transport castors allow for easy relocating and the innovative self-generating technology eliminates the need for an AC power source.
