The Cardio mat is not squishy, but the high density of rubber helps with absorption for joints. • For Additional Cushioning & Absorption (on hard surfaces - tile, cement, hardwood) we recommend using the Square36 Yoga 3.0 mat as an underlay. Used together, the Square36 Cardio and the Square Yoga 3.0 provide 9mm of cushioning. The Yoga 3.0 is also excellent for cool down & floor work. STORAGE & CLEANING: • Store the mat laying flat or in the rolled position, NOT folded. Folding the mat can cause crease damage. • To clean use a cloth or mop & water mixed with a few drops of mild dish soap. For a quick clean use a vacuum or broom.
