This Kit is for the client who is active and wants to protect and improve, as possible, the muscle support and flexibility of the back. The purpose of the dumbbell weights and the Velcro ankle weights is to increase the work load on the body as you move. The addition of elastic band to the more advanced Bundles adds the feature of exercise with resistance through movement. Senior Fitness Program: Lifting/Back will tell you exactly what exercises to do and how to do them and describe how to properly lift and keep good body mechanics. The choice of which Bundle in the Kit depends upon the client's level of activity. Senior Fitness Program: Elastic Band is not included in the Kit but might be very beneficial to consider.
