The NITROFORCE TITAN 1000 is a strength training, full body exercise, athletic trainer. Resistance is 1000 lbs. of nitrogen gas pressure provided via (4) high pressure nitrogen gas springs that give controlled speed compression and extension forces. Machine is based around a lever and leverage system of adjusting pressure up or down by placing gas springs on either side of the axis. Adjustments in handle pressure are altered by four ways. Position of spring in relation to axis, more than one spring used, cable reduction movements, and length of lever from axis by the operator. Approximately 100+ variations of exercises can be performed in four modes; Up pressure- handle pressure range (1lb. to 1000lb.) Exercise examples - bench press, squat, leg press, shoulder press, shrug, and dead lift. Down pressure- handle pressure range (1 lb. to 500lbs) Exercise examples - lat pulldown, seated ab crunch, triceps pushdown, standing decline chest press, high bar curl. Up cable pressure - handle pressure range (1 lb. to 250lbs) Exercise examples - standing cable curl, seated row, up right row Down cable pressure - handle pressure range (1 lb. to 250lbs) Exercise examples - triceps cable pushdown, single side cable crossover for chest, one arm pulldown/row, and golf swing The NITROFORCE TITAN 1000 is lightweight (165lbs for base machine) Approximate working space = 84"max length X 36"width X 84"max height LIGHTER, SAFER, FASTER, STRONGER, AND MORE AFFORDABLE THAN ANY CURRENT HOME GYM ON THE MARKET.
