I bought these grips a couple of years ago. I use them for a while every few months. I like the foam grips as it is easier on your hands and more comfortable than the steel ones without the foam. I have squeezed them in excess of 2,000 times and neither of them have broken. The only down side to these grips is that they are not listed as to how many pounds you are squeezing. I would estimate that the grips are around 20 pounds of pressure. They are good if you do high reps.

Bought these when I also bought set of dumbbells from them. Dumbbells are great, these things suck! As far as grip and strength they are pretty good, but the material is junk as one of them already broke on me and I don't even use them frequently, or for extended time. I keep in good shape and have some strength, but not bodybuilder-type strength that would make one understand why it was broken normally. These things are just cheaply made, hence the low price. Best bet is to spring for the metal ones.

I purchased these GOLD'S GYM HAND GRIPS to use as part of my exercising and strength training. I use them while watching tv or as a break when I'm reading or studying for an extended period of time. I've also brought them along with me in the car and have taken them out when waiting at railroad tracks for a train to go through or while sitting in a parking lot while waiting for people to come out of a store.

These little grips are inexpensive, but seem to be fairly durable. I've used them at least twice a day for over six months and have had no issues with them. If you're looking for an inexpensive pair of hand grips, these GOLD'S GYM HAND GRIPS will more than suffice.

I have the upper body strength of Buddy Ebsen and these things broke like toothpicks. That's only a slight exaggeration, these things are really fragile and broke easily. A waste of money and it makes me question the quality of other Gold's Gym products.

I bought a pair of these and broke one of the grips in two days, save your money and buy better ones.
