I love that this is a short but intense work out! This is great for busy mom's. You have the choice between three levels of fitness: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, so whatever fitness level you are on, you can be challenged.
I have been working out off and on for years. Recently, I've not been very faithful to working out due to my crazy busy life. I decided to start on the "beginner" level but really figured I'd need at least the intermediate level. I was so surprised at what a great workout I got on the beginner level. When I go to the gym consistently, I NEVER feel my abs no matter how many sets I do on any of the ab machines. I FELT MY ABS WITH THIS WORKOUT! Not just that, but I felt the workout all over my body! I was so surprised.
Will it do this for you? Maybe. Every body is different. For example, my husband and I can do the same exercise and what kills him is easy for me and what's easy for him, kills me.

Easy and quick work out DVD, DVD has short 15-20 minute workouts that tones your body and make u lose weight. Been doing it for about 3 weeks now and I already dropped 8 pounds. I work out 3 times a week.
This is a great dvd. The moves are basic-if you know the swing, snatch and clean, you can do this video. There are over twenty workouts based on your fitness level and time constraints. If you are seeking a basic (by basic I mean basic moves) dvd this is the one to get. Highly recommended.
