These speed hurdles come in their own attractive carrying case. They can adjust from flat to 8 inches and to 12 inches by a simple rotation of the legs. The twisting pauses at each setting, where you'll see it marked for 8 inches and 12 inches right on the hurdle. Because of the markings and the twisting feature, it makes it very easy to set these up and take them down.
Some reviewers said they break easily, but I honestly don't know how people are breaking them unless they're falling directly on top of them and the hurdles can't escape under body weight. Otherwise, if you step on them as you're hurdling, they bounce away. if you trip over them, they knock over or bounce away. If you kick them, they move. These pieces are quite durable and should have no problem at all holding up to people kicking them while they're missing their hurdles.
Like the other SKLZ items, this comes with a two-sided poster. On one side is a 6 week beginners and advanced workout using just the hurdles. On the other side is a program including the hurdles and many other SKLZ products, all incorporated into daily workouts.
For ease of setup, quality of hurdles, and the attractive bag that these hurdles easily fit into when they're collapsed, this product gets 5 stars.
