I didn't know much about Ugi ball. I saw it first time used in Zuzka Light's exercises and it looked appealing.
I have to say I really love it. It is a nice change and its a full body exercise.
The DVD added shows how to do the exercises as well as the calendar. There 5 full programs with different exercises focused on different muscle groups. The only disadvantage is that you cannot change the weight but for me the 10 pound one is just perfect. I do find it challenging during some exercises but that is the point.

The ball itself seems to be in good shape, some slight dark markings on the side when it was opened.

It however, did not include the DVD's or exercise booklet. As this was a gift for my mom, it was quite a shock to not have the DVD's and exercise booklet included as she will mostly be using this at home.

I would change my rating if these things were included or could be shipped to me as the ball itself seems to be well made, but as is, it is NOT a fitness at home kit without the DVD's or booklet.

This item said it would come with five 30 minute workouts (got none), DVD (not received), and eating plan (not received). NONE of these items shipped with the Ugi, and I am extremely disappointed considering the price. All this included wa the Ugi itself, (which came with a large black mark on it- does not look new to me!), and I also got a piece of paper that said I could view a workout online for free. But guess what? I went online to try the free workout with the given password and NOTHING PLAYS. SO I received a marked up Ugi ball with absolutely no instructions for use, and most pieces not even in the box. I have never been more disappointed.
