Quality equipment.No back pain like with the other regular chairs. Years ago back at home, I was using a physio ball already for studying, but now after ordering a special ring ( Anti Burst Exercise Balance Yoga Ball Base 50 cm with hand pump , sold by: Sports Hoop Inc.) for this ball, I completely changed my desk chair to this fitness ball.

Together it has enough support not to loose my balance and being able to focus on my work instead of the constantly moving ball. Although, this ring is not rigid to roll if I want to do some refreshing exercise and back stretching after long hours of sitting without standing up and keep going.

The mind is activated, since muscles are working, for sure (with some leg and sitting muscle :) soreness at the beginning).

The ball smells like it spent the past 40 years in grandma's attic. It is NOT 65 cm as advertised. Mine only blew up to about 50 cm and almost exploded during first use. Very dangerous.

The provided pump is garbage. It does work, but barely. I had to constantly reconnect the hose and connectors to the pump. It has one connector to blow up the ball and another to deflate it. Both connectors popped out at least 20 times each while trying to blow up the ball and that's not including the numerous times the hose came off the connector. I fully understand it was just an extra thrown in with the ball but come on. IT IS USELESS. I could have done it faster using my mouth to blow it up.

UPDATE:

Since posting this review, I tried the ball again. It ended up bursting as soon as I sat on it and I broke a finger during the fall. Same yourself time, money, and your physical well-being and BUY A DIFFERENT BALL.

The ball itself was a solid product.The pump that comes with it, not so much. Although the ball was good when inflated, it seemed like it did not hold the air well. One or two days after inflating it to desired firmness, it would deflate some and go softer. The pump being as flimsy as it can get, it was a hassle to deal with it every other day, so I returned it. Would not recommend to others.
