Get the Aqualogix Advantage - Ultra-Comfort Maximum Resistance Fins - 1 Set Blue Fins

Why Functional Aquatic Resistance Training Equipment?

Aqualogix capitalizes on "the principle of fluid omni-directional drag resistance" in water. In fluid dynamics, drag, refers to forces that act on a solid object in the direction of the relative fluid flow velocity. This simply means, being able to work a muscle group equally and smoothly in any direction.

The water provides the ultimate environment for low impact training for all ages. By reducing the load on your body, Aqualogix users experience the ability to workout at a higher intensity, without the pain, because YOU create and control the level of resistance at which you work.

Training in the water will help you reach your full potential by allowing you to safely progress much faster then you would with traditional land based exercise. The Aqualogix Fitness System offers a diverse array of aquatic exercise equipment that can be utilized to treat a wide variety of patient conditions. It is ideal for the treatment of shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and lower back conditions.

Aquatic exercise will leave you feeling rejuvinated, not beat up.

This product I kept in my wish list for awhile because of the price. Should have ordered them sooner. Yes, they are pricey... but well made and give me a great workout. I do most of my workouts in a lake... and not wanting to loose one of these I put a bungee type band on them... never lost one, and they have never turned on me as in others review of this product. I do how-ever wear a wet suit so that may also help in the “turning” problem other customers have complained about. Don’t knock this item because of the price... I’m very happy I ordered them.

They work well and give good resistance in the water.

I've been using these for about 3 years now for my entire, 3x per week, workout. They do an excellent job in increasing my resistance in the water, and, therefore, making my workout harder. The Velcro seems to still be working very well despite so many instances of waterlogging. I am just starting to think about replacing since they are starting to loosen during use for that reason. The resistance level is worthwhile but not overwhelming to this 62-year old non-athlete. I kind of wish they made an even harder level. I highly recommend.

THIS IS AN ADDITION TO A PRIOR REVIEW: I purchased these twice. The first set was wonderful and the velcro held up against the chlorinated water very well and for a LONG time. The last pair I bought I didn't have that much luck with. Almost immediately, I found that the velcro on the fins started to lose purchase in the water and I would have to re-apply them so they were tight again. This is now 6 months from purchase, and I've had a significant problem for awhile (3x per week use.) I would still recommend, but since I saw this issue in another review, I thought I would update.

So yes the velcro closure is easy to use but as tight as I make it, I still can't get a snug fit so they move which is NOT good in the water. The other design flaw I experienced is that if you are doing simultaneous leg kicks, you kick yourself since they "fins" are so wide. If not for these issues, I would have given a 5 rating. I guess if you are guy or have thicker ankles, they can work. Deciding if I want to send them back or not. Hoping the company replies with some suggestions.

I am a long time water workout gal. Cardio and weight training. Over the years (20+) I have worn out two sets of ankle resistance equipment/boots and was in the market for new ones. My favorite brand was no longer available and took a chance on these. So glad I did!! Easy to put on. Offers nice adjustable sizing. Great resistance in the water. Very very happy and highly recommend.

LOVE IT!!!

I'm a water fitness instructor and I've been using this equipment for a while. It give you a enough resistance to make your heart rate go up. You can use it on your ankles or wrist. I use it with my clients and on me. The Aqualogix will help you with ROM (range of motion), strength, endurance, resistance, etc. and for all kind of people. You decide how hard you wanna work.
Have fun!

Purchased these for rehab following Total Knee Replacement to add extra resistance to my hydrotherapy routine.
At session end and that night I certainly found that what I had purchased them for had worked as my quads particularly felt like they'd had a real workout.
I noted, prior to purchase, review comments that mentioned them coming loose. I agree with this. I ensure they are on as tightly as I can manage. These are great but I do need to overcome this issue, especially as the problem is exacerbated by the strong endeavour I bring to my workout. I will now look at incorporating some long scuba style booties that extend up the calf. I believe the neoprene to neoprene contact will eliminate the loosening and slipping as occurs with skin contact and a narrowing calf profile. Good product and well priced.
