Product Description

Treat yourself to the ultimate Inversion Therapy experience. The Health Mark Promax Inversion Table promises to give you the ride of your life. The Promax is the only table in its class to provide a unique design that not only allows you to assume the traditional face up position, but also face down positioning which can allow for simultaneous massage stimulation. Its massage table style construction and face rest ensures maximum comfort while supporting up to 600 lbs. of body weight, and its 6 preset angles provide for the ultimate in ease of operation. 180 degree inversion is easily achieved from the face-down position to allow for full gravity traction and performing back hyper-extensions, and also from the face-up position for complete abdominal work. If you’re looking to decompress your spine in order to increase circulation along the spinal column and reduce muscle stress, fatigue and lower back pain, then why not do it in maximum comfort? As a complete therapeutic inversion table, the Promax has no comparable competition or equal on the market. Designed for therapy centers, but available for residential use, this is the only non motorized bi-positional table available on the market, as well as the only table of its kind that can be user operated and is available for purchase by the general public.

Relax your back, decompress the spine, and relieve the stress of the workday with the Health Mark Pro Max inversion therapy table. The Pro Max is designed to help stimulate your blood flow while you sit in a traditional "face-up" inversion position--ideal for relieving compression fatigue and lower back pain--or in a "face-down" position. The latter is particular useful for massage therapists, who can give clients a soothing massage while they lie on the table. Even better, the Pro Max is a breeze to use. If you choose one of the five preset angles, you can relax backward until the machine reaches the finishing point, so you don't have to worry about balancing the machine. Or, when you're in the full vertical position, you can stretch your body out to perform inverted crunches or back hyper-extensions. All of the positions and exercises will improve your circulation, stimulate the blood flow for increased mental awareness, and improve your posture.

Construction details include easily accessible front and rear ankle brackets, a rolled thigh and knee support, a foam-padded back support, a crescent-shaped head/face rest, and 25 height settings to accommodate heights of up to 6 feet 6 inches. The inversion table, which supports up to 600 pounds, measures 28 by 58 by 45 inches (W x H x D) and carries a one-year warranty.

I am glad that I waited until I thoroughly researched these Inversion Therapy Tables before I decided on the Health Mark Pro Max brand. These Tables are well engineered and built, rated at six hundred (600) pounds and offer both face up & face down positioning.
Any persons whom may benefit from Inversion such as myself with, Severe Degenerative Disc Disease of my Cervical and Lumbar Spine (or other Spinal Decompression symptoms) should do well to bypass the other less expensive products such as the Teeter Hangups and invest in this Health Mark Pro. You will not regret the added expense as the cost/value ratio is far superior here.
I ordered mine through Wayfair, and at $738.98 & free shipping, I was quite pleased to receive in the very next afternoon! I truly never expected over night shipping as Wayfair was the lowest price on Amazon.
The unit was double boxed and that is a good thing as the shipping of this heavy product caused a few gouges in the outer boxing. The inner box proved effective in protecting every piece and the assembly was simple as most parts are pre assembled.
I needed only four (4) or five (5) - sessions of short duration before my body was able to adapt to the added blood rush to my head and now I used it every day for ten (10) or fifteen (15) minutes an hour and the adjustable bar gives the option of relaxing at five (5) separate inclinations as well as the full one hundred eighty (180) degree positions, either face up or face down - but I have floundered in the one hundred eighty (180) degree face down position needing help to return upright. Each of the other uses are very easily attained with out assistance and with more experience I suspect I will be able to not need help when hanging fully down in the face up position to return upright.
The relief of my lower back & neck pain is instant, yes I said instant and lasts for quite some time. While there is no cure for my conditions only - management, I am pleased to report that I find the value of spinal decompression on demand while in my own home - PRICELESS.
One more observation, I also have bilateral total knee replacements (five (5) years ago) and although I anticipated some type of Thigh Bone & Shin Bone pain using an Inversion Table, The Health Mark has padded adjustable supports and I have been very comfortable.

I had the teeter before but I was right at the limit. I am 6'6" and 300lbs. That is exactly the limit of the teeter and with it's scissor fold out Hmmmm legs... and you're hanging upside down... well, it held me and it never dropped me buttttt, wasn't a real secure feeling... Did someone say secure. This mark pro is about as secure as I have ever had. This thing is solid, solid in all aspects. It is comfortable and easy to operate. It is hands down the Rolls Royce of inversion tables. The teeter is the volkswagen... it is nice and good... My wife drives a VW but, I think you get my point. The downsides. I am tall so when it is extended to my height... the folcrum or however you spell it is not quite centered to start, so it takes some extra Pull on the bars to get me off the ground. The teeter was more balanced in the middle and I just raised my hands and I was launched to waitless center mass. This one doesn't seem to do that but I simply just hold myself center mass, not that much effort but starting is. I get level so my back can get spasms out and start to relax and then I go upside down and hang then come back and so forth. The padding is very comfy and there is a sense of peace knowing how solid this thing is. IT holds 600lbs. That is crazy but you can see why how it is built. I think if you want THIS for a very very long time then this is the one. IF you are tall like me... a bit tricky but nothing to sweat about getting level but past level I go over and no problems. Having the big wide bars makes all this easy to do coming back up or otherwise. SOLID PRODUCT!

This is not your average inversion table. if you buy it you will see why it costs so much. I am 6'5" and 380lbs and i feel very comfortable using this table. It is constructed very well and its design makes it very easy to use. There was some assembly required but it was very easy and only took me about an hour. Helps to have an extra set of hands for the first step. it took longer to unpack the thing and lay out the pieces than it did to put it together. if you are looking for an inversion table that will last you a lifetime, this is that table. It looks like something you would see in a gym next to all the other exercise machines. As to what its doing for my physical health, today was my first day using it and it gave me a good stretch. Cant say it fixed all my back problems but I have only been on it all of 15 minutes. If you are going to spend your money on an inversion table, I RECOMMEND THIS ONE! If you have never used one before and you're not sure how it might help you, find a friend or a store that has a working display and try one first. Then come back and buy this one. You might get by with the cheap $90 model but you will be frustrated with the quality and second guess if its really safe to use every time you step on and feel all that plastic and cheap metal move and flex, not with this thing. The only plastic parts are the safety covers and end caps for the nuts and bolts. I can't tell you how many of those cheap things i have seen in yard sales half busted and falling apart. Your health and safety are important so do yourself a favor and spend the extra few bucks, you will be glad you did 30 years from now when you're still hanging out on this thing.
