The Inversion Sling or Yoga Swing is a yoga prop that gives the practitioner a safe and fun way to strengthen each posture. It looks like a hammock but mainly supports your pelvis so that you can move your body horizontally, vertically or upside down. You are able to try any yoga posture with this prop. On either side, there are three arm and leg handles at different heights. Improve core strength, flexibility, all while having some fun. Use it indoors or take it with you to the beach or the park. My yoga inversion sling came right away in a nice pouch for storage. It came with all necessary parts to be able to use immediately. I just had to find a bar to hang it from and fortunately there was a high chinning bar at the local park just a few blocks away. Construction is solid. I was very happy to receive this and am enjoying learning how to use it.

I ordered this swing a few weeks ago. It came earlier than expected which was nice. I bought it because I am a yogini, and I have a pinched nerve.

The swing is loads of fun! Great for kids and adults. My 62 year old dad loves it. It feels so good to hang from it! I love how supportive it feels. And the different variations you can do of the same pose.

The only down side is although the swing itself is complete, it doesn't come with hooks to put into your ceiling. But you can hang it from anything horizontal. I've used wooden beams and pull up bar at a park so far.

Im 6'2" and 295lbs, this supports me completely. I wish the rope/cord was stronger or chain, because if you us it as a kids swing(guilty) it will wear thru. Excellent for stretching :)
