I have only had the gel pads a short while, but so far so good, they do adhere as they are suppose to and they were a great buy through Amazon, the company I actually purchased the ab transform belt want way more to buy other gel pads. I hope they have a large quantity because I will be purchasing more every month.

I bought two of these belts, one from a different site, one for myself and one for my sister. We used the system as directed 2x a day until they didn't work anymore. Never saw difference in waist size or muscle tone. (neither of us are obese; just need a firmer tummy). 1 day before my 90 day warranty was up, the left side of my belt started shocking me and then it quit. 2 weeks after the 90 days my sisters quit also. The belts only came with the four original pads and wore out very quickly. I think the belt should come with at least 1 replacement set of pads.

Perfect replacement part. I kept the plastic cover that comes with these pads & reinstall them on the pads when the belt is not in use. It seems to keep the pads lubrication from drying out, which should help these pads last longer.
