Streamlight Knucklehead Work Light with 120-Volt AC/DC Piggyback Charger The Knucklehead is a lightweight, rechargeable, handheld work light features an extremely strong (removable) magnet with 135-pound pull strength, the latest in C4 power LED technology, microprocessor controlled high and low intensity modes, emergency flash and moonlight mode. A rubber dome push-button actuator is easy to operate, even when wearing heavy gloves. The magnet and stowable hook ensure a safer, hands-free, more productive workplace by allowing the user to attach it to a metal surface or to be hung and used as a drop light. It can also stand on its own or be laid on its side; and with a 210-degree articulating head that rotates 360-degrees. Bright and Powerful LED Technology The Knucklehead features a flood light with dual C4 premium LED technology for extreme brightness, impervious to shock with a 50,000-hour lifetime. Dual wide pattern parabolic reflectors, inset into a larger textured reflector, provide a smooth flood pattern for close-up task work. The spot light features one C4 LED, also impervious to shock with a 50,000-hour lifetime and featuring a single parabolic reflector with a tighter beam for longer range target illumination. Optimized electronics provide regulated intensity. The Knucklehead features four light modes: High with 1150 candela peak beam intensity and 200 lumens; Low with 350 candela peak beam intensity; and 63 lumens with Moonlight and Flash. Battery and Charging The Knucklehead features a dual power source: a rechargeable Ni-Cd battery pack or four AA alkaline batteries. The industrial rechargeable Ni-Cd 4.8-volt, 1.8-amp-hour, 4-cell sub-C battery can be recharged up to 1,000 times. The four AA alkaline non-rechargeable battery pack provides fast replacement with readily available batteries. The universal Steady Charger fully recharges the battery in up to 10 hours for a complete charge. The PiggyBack charger allows for the simultaneous charging of the Knucklehead and a spare battery. Built to Last he Knucklehead's housing, base and battery housing are made from high-impact super tough nylon polymer that offers exceptional durability and features a one-way valve for case venting. All openings are O-ring sealed for weather resistance. The circular rare-earth magnet is surrounded by a durable nickel-plated steel housing. The lens is crafted from unbreakable polycarbonate with silicone anti-scratch coating assembled in a heavy duty bezel. Designed for extremely long life, the push button switch is sonic-welded.
