Introducing the world's first total-body surf trainer, designed to simulate the physical demands of surfing without the ocean. Torch body fat, build lean muscle & get a ripped core with our signature surf-inspired workouts you can watch from home. The RSX is adjustable for all levels. The dimensions are 70" long by 22" wide by 11" high. The board is portable at 35 pounds and stores vertically in our Board Stand. If you want to kick up your workouts with resistance, the board has 4 loops that you can attach any standard resistance bands to (we recommend bands with removable handles.) 100% MADE IN AMERICA! Store your board vertically in the included tip-resistant stand designed for small spaces. Once you've finished your session, lift your board & place it in the stand: in a closet, in the middle of the room or as a decoration against your wall. The board stands 6 ft 3 inches high when stored, and will extend from the wall 20 inches. The total floor footprint of the RSX in its stand is just 3 sq feet.
