The Vatiz Adjustable Hand Gripper not only provides all weight poundages offered by COC but a spectacular 29 escalating tension levels available to use anytime you want. Adjusting the resistance is easy. The upper portion of the Vatiz Gripper contains ten sets of insertion points to lock the spring. The higher you set the spring, the higher the resistance. That's better than spending your money on a brand new gripper. Use the gripper with one spring or two. One spring provides between 27 to 110kg (60 to 242 pounds) of resistance. Two springs up to 177kg (390 pounds). Distance between handles is 70mm (2.76 inches).
