The Stability Trainer is specifically used to improve balance, postural stability, proprioception, and coordination. The unsteady surface challenges the body to maintain postural stability and balance. Available in three densities, extra soft with adjustable air bladder (Black), soft (Blue) and firm (Green), made of foam. The Stability Trainers may be stacked together to increase level of challenge. 16" x 9" x 2".
