The Velocity Exercise Vantage Magnetic rowing machine is designed to be a gym quality rower for the home. The flywheel and fan structure produces strong, smooth torque with 16 levels of tension resistance. the large, comfortable seat rests on a solid yet lightweight aluminum rail and features excellent lower back support. This will allow you to work out more comfortably for longer. The seat is 19.5-Inch off the floor, making it easier to get on and off and reduces stress on your knees. The large, quick-change footpad can be adjusted in seconds to fit any size foot. The console is large, height adjustable and backlit, making it very easy to read. Programs include Manual and Race modes, 12 presets, 5 user profiles, 5 heart rate controls, Watt control and Recovery mode. The foldable design and 4 wheels allow the rower to be easily moved or stored.
