• This Trainer is perfect for the action-outdoor type (can easily be used indoors as well). Extremely versatile. No Cam Buckle to jam should you drop the Trainer in the mud or the sand on a beach. This WOSS ROPE Trainer System comes with 17ft of Rope and a separate Door Anchor. Made in USA
• This fully adjustable Trainer has two workout Handles with built-in 1-1/2" wide Foot Loops, and a separate Door Anchor. Use it indoors or outdoors, at home or on the road.
• Thanks to the ingenious (and simple) Prusik knot, length adjustments are as simple as sliding the knot up and down the rope. Once one loads the knot (perform an exercise) the knot locks onto the Rope without slipping.
